In addition to the credit payment methods at left, we also accept cash and personal check with proper ID. There is a minimum $200 deposit required.
All reservations must be made not less than 60 days prior to Wedding Date. If payments are recieved with less than 60 days to your wedding date, we reserve the right to refund payment in full and any such refund will be credited to your account in not more than 5 business days from the date your payment is recieved by us. You will be notified via phone or email of such refund. You may cancel your reservation by email notification not less than 30 days prior to reservation date. In the event that we recieve your notification on or prior to 30 days before your reservation date, we will refund the full amount of your paid reservation fee minus a 10% cancellation fee. Any refund will be credited to the same account from which it was paid. No refund will be given for cancellation by us due to your lateness or lateness of your wedding party for timely performance of service(s) or for failure by you or your party to arrive for service(s). In case you or your party fail to cancel and do not arrive for service(s), you expressly authorize us to charge any balance that would be due for service(s) performed, as if the entire service(s) were performed, and the amount previously paid.
