When Camilla started working as a photographer, her goal was to create a romantic feeling with her images. That has changed over the years. She changes her photographic style regularly. But that’s exactly why she loves photography – the possibilities are endless!

Camilla’s Vita

Camilla Isaksson is a creative person who has always been open to new challenges. She has had many careers in her life. In high school, she studied to become a hairdresser. She worked as a hairdresser for several years before she began to study law and psychology at the university. Her creative edge led Camilla to leave school and start her own business. With her own company, she renovated old furniture and made beautiful upcycled designer jewelry and ceramics from discarded goods. Finally, she designed her own brand of ceramics in Sweden that was produced in Portugal. As time went by she became interested in taking the photographs for her brand’s brochures, websites, and advertisements. Camilla Isaksson took many photography courses as her passion for photography became grew stronger.

Camilla’s Work

Presently, Camilla is focusing on being an interior photographer. Her adult daughter assists her with styling and text writing. She loves to photograph different homes that radiate personality. She thinks that the photographer has to be able to create a familiarity with the family to have a great shoot.

Some of the families we visited are now our best friends.

Their craziest shoot took place in a home where a huge party had just taken place. So the photographer first had to help the family clean up the house and eliminate the chaos before she could start taking photographs.
