So sweet! The best from out of the oven

How about a Dutch Baby, a Cobbler or a Clafoutis as highlighted sweets today? Never heard of these? No problem, we’ll enlighten you. They have at least one thing in common: they come out of the oven.

All three are made of dough, almost bake themselves and all taste sinfully good. These are three sweet and traditional dishes that probably not everyone knows, but we all should know. Be careful, it’s likely your mouth will water…

 

Dutch Pancake

A Dutch Pancake is an oven pancake, which is especially fluffy; it is also called Dutch Baby. Eat it for breakfast!

Cobbler

Cobbler is a dessert made of fruit with a crust of dough. The dish is also known as Buckle, Crumble or Brown Betty. Today, the traditional dessert is usually served heated, often with ice cream.

Clafoutis

Fun to say and even better to eat! Clafoutis are a real French dessert. The mix of custard and cake is traditionally prepared at the end of the cherry season. Before baking, the dough is liquid and resembles pancake batter.
