Creeping cinquefoil with roots harvested
Blätter und Triebspitzen: Ganz junge Triebe (etwa von April bis Juni findbar) werden für Salate und fein gehackt für Salatsaucen verwendet. Man kann sie auch gesalzen in Öl einlegen oder gehackt in Kräutermischungen und Kräuterkäse beimengen. Gegart kann man aus ihnen Kräuterpüree oder Gemüsefüllungen bereiten, in der Pflanzenheilkunde werden auch die Wurzeln als Tee verwendet
