This is the active Sun on July 9,2023,with numerous sunspot groups across the disk,including the very large region AR3363 at lower left that had just turned into view. At top is the pair of spots comprising AR3361,and at lower right another pair AR3366. Bright faculae are visible on the darker limbs of the Sun as well as the general fine granulation across the surface. North is approximately up here.
